SERVICES

Project delivery support matched to the stage and responsibility you need.

Manar helps renewable-energy developers and EPC contractors define, contract, manage and transition projects with clearer scope, stronger technical assurance and coordinated controls. Engage us at one stage, for selected modules or through an integrated appointment.

Clients may engage Manar at any stage. The stages can overlap, and the executed proposal defines the services, outputs, reporting line, team, authority and boundaries for each appointment.

SCOPE DESIGN

Build a clear scope around the outcome you need.

Start with the current stage, then combine the relevant modules. “Typical baseline” shows what a coherent full-stage appointment normally needs. “Added when needed” depends on project risk, maturity, contract structure and the appointing organisation’s in-house capability. A focused assignment may be narrower.

The proposal—not the matrix—defines the appointment. It will confirm deliverables, quantities, review cycles, site attendance, duration, client inputs, authority, assumptions, exclusions and applicable responsibility boundaries.

CAPABILITY SUMMARY

What each module covers.

The matrix shows where each module commonly applies. These summaries explain the purpose of each capability; the detailed activities, outputs and boundaries are tailored in the proposal.

01

Governance, execution planning & decision authority

Defines how the appointing client will direct the project, make decisions and control escalation within the appointed stage.

02

Project engineering & technical assurance

Provides senior technical leadership and assurance against agreed project requirements while preserving the responsibilities of appointed designers, suppliers and contractors.

03

Project definition, technical scope & estimate basis

Develops or strengthens the project definition needed to brief the market and support early project decisions.

04

Contracting strategy & technical tender support

Shapes work packages and technical tender requirements so the agreed contract strategy remains workable during execution.

05

Project controls, risk, change, performance & reporting

Establishes proportionate systems and reliable information for project decisions.

06

Stakeholder, package & interface management

Makes dependencies and responsibilities visible across client, designer, contractor, supplier, stakeholder and work-package boundaries.

07

Construction monitoring & delivery assurance

Provides the appointing client with agreed visibility of construction progress, issues, quality evidence and interfaces without taking over another party’s execution or site-management duties.

08

Commissioning, handover & operational readiness

Coordinates the completion and evidence needed for informed readiness and acceptance decisions.

CLEAR ACCOUNTABILITY

Clear roles. One accountable lead for Manar’s scope.

Manar works to the objectives of the appointing client and leads the services expressly included in its appointment. The client retains the decisions and duties assigned to its role, while every other project party remains accountable for its own contracted work.

THE APPOINTING CLIENT RETAINS

Authority within its role

  • Project objectives, priorities and acceptance criteria
  • Commercial commitments, approvals and contractual decisions
  • Decisions and authority reserved to it under the project contracts
  • Statutory and non-delegable duties attached to its role
MANAR LEADS WITHIN AGREED SCOPE

Project management and assurance

  • Governance, execution planning and technical assurance
  • Tender, controls, risk, change and interface coordination
  • Agreed construction observations, reporting and escalation
  • Commissioning, handover and readiness coordination
OTHER PROJECT PARTIES RETAIN

Their design and delivery obligations

  • Design, supply, construction and installation duties
  • Methods, resourcing, quality control and site safety
  • Inspection, testing, defect correction and completion evidence
  • Contractual, certification and statutory responsibilities

Each proposal identifies whether Manar will prepare, review, coordinate, recommend or witness. Any authority to instruct, certify or accept must be expressly stated. Manar does not assume continuous construction supervision, site-safety control, statutory duties or decisions reserved to another project party.

Manar works for one clearly identified appointing client in each assignment. Reporting lines, information access and potential conflicts are confirmed before engagement.

PROPOSAL BRIEF

Six inputs enable Manar to prepare a scoped proposal.

  1. 01Current project stage and the decision or outcome required
  2. 02Selected modules and expected deliverables
  3. 03Project size, contract packages and interfaces
  4. 04Available information and its level of maturity
  5. 05Review cycles, meetings, site attendance and travel
  6. 06Required start date, support period and key deadlines

TAILORED SCOPE & FEE PROPOSALManar will recommend the commercial basis that best matches the certainty and duration of the assignment: a fixed fee for clearly defined deliverables, time-based fees with an agreed cap where the scope must evolve, or a monthly retainer for continuing project-delivery support. The proposal will confirm scope, deliverables, schedule, review cycles, named team, client inputs, authority, assumptions, exclusions, expenses, payment terms and change control.

NEXT STEP

Turn the project need into a defined appointment.

Start with a project discussion. Share the immediate need, current stage and available information. Manar will identify the relevant modules and respond with a tailored scope, team, programme, authority, assumptions, exclusions and fee basis.
